Woman Injured When Her Motorcycle Struck a Car

On Wednesday, August 9, 2017, around 6:30 p.m., South Simcoe Police officers responded to a collision between a car and a motorcycle at County Road 27 and the 4th Line of Bradford West Gwillimbury.

A Chevrolet Cobalt had struck a southbound motorcycle while making a turn. The 25 year old Angus woman riding the motorcycle was taken to hospital in the care of paramedics, and later taken to a Toronto Trauma Center with serious but non life-threatening injuries.

The 23 year old driver of the Cobalt, a man from Keswick, was not seriously injured. He was charged with Turn-Not in Safety.
