According to the sleep experts University of British Columbia, if you have trouble sleeping, Try wearing sunglasses at night.

If you put on sunglasses 2 hours before bed, it will dampen the amount of light from all sources, especially the TV and Tablets. This will help your brain and body get ready for sleep.
