According to Statistics Canada many of us have trouble falling asleep and or staying asleep on a daily basis. The number is just about half of us. the reasons are endless whether it be stressing about the day to come or the day before or just and endless loop of thoughts. Breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation are all helpful. More and more stories are surfacing about the use of electronics before bed and how that is detrimental to a good night’s sleep. Avoiding caffeine and other stimulants are also helpful to get to sleep more easily.
