Canadians love their chocolate.  Some like dark chocolate others milk chocolate.  In Canada chocolate manufacturing is a bustling industry. In Canada 338 companies’ sole focus is to make chocolate from cacao.  In Ontario alone $823 million of chocolate is manufactured.
