Survey Finds That Women Believe That Being In A Relationship Involves Harder work For Them Than Men

A new survey by data analysts Mintel shows that 75% of single women surveyed have not actively looked for a relationship in the last year, compared to 65% of single men. The main reason cited for the 10% difference is the belief among women that they’re required to work harder at maintaining a successful relationship than men. Another interesting facet of the research showed that 61% of single women are happy being single, compared to 49% of single men.
