Store-bought stuffing brand Stove Top has introduced a pair of Thanksgiving-inspired dinner pants that stretch like yoga pants so you can feast comfortably this holiday season. The unisex pants come in maroon just like Stove Top’s signature box, with a high waisted belly band embellished with kitschy stuffing print. They’re available for a limited time for $19.98 at thanksgivingdinnerpants.com. Stovetop will donate $10,000 of the proceeds to the nonprofit food bank organization Feeding America. “We saw a conversation around what people wear on Thanksgiving happening on social media and created Thanksgiving Dinner Pants so our fans can spend more time creating Thanksgiving memories – and less time cooking,” Keith Legro, Stove Top Brand Manager told Moneyish in a statement. The festive pants are tailor-made for this time of year since the average person will consume around 4,500 calories just on Thanksgiving alone, according to the Calorie Control Council. That’s 3,000 for the meal, and another 1,500 for snacking so it helps to have a little wiggle room. Fully 88% of Americans will scarf turkey on Thanksgiving, and 79% say gobbling up leftovers the next day is more important than the regular meal, according to a National Turkey Federation survey from 2015.
