Staying Up Late Might Cause Health Problems

A new study finds that staying up late could have serious health consequences.

Researchers from England’s University of Surrey and Northwestern University in Chicago found that night owls had a 10 per cent increased risk of death during the six-and-a-half years of the study.

The study’s lead author says an important message for night owls to take from this is to be much more vigilant about living a healthy lifestyle.
