Sleep on Left Side of Bed-You’ll Wake Up Cheerier

A survey of 3,000 adults reveals that those who sleep on the left side of the bed tend to be cheerier and more optimistic in the morning, while those who sleep on the right side enjoy more on-the-job success.

One possible explanation:  Moving to the left as you get out of bed activates your right brain, boosting your creativity and imagination.

By contrast, moving to the right side activates your left brain, unlocking your ability to be logical, methodical and patient.

Pick the traits you’d like to have more of, then sleep on that side of the bed to get them
