New App Can Help You Find The Perfect Polish From A Database Of Thousands Of Hues Just By Snapping Your Outfit

A new app is set to revolutionize the beauty regimes of women by picking out their perfect nail varnish shade in seconds. NailBuff helps shoppers identify the best polish to complement their outfit using sophisticated color match technology teamed with a huge database of existing products. It is set to solve the age-old problem of color clashing for style-conscious shoppers. Users can snap a photo of their favorite bag, and the app’s unique technology will scour a library of thousands of hues across major brands. Once they’ve found their perfect color, they can add it to a virtual wish list or share via social media. Users can also create an online library of nail polishes they already own for reference when shopping for their latest fashion purchase. Developers also have plans to enable customers to purchase directly colors through the app, as well as through their favorite salon’s inventory. This will mean that they can pick out their favorite shade before they’ve even arrived at their appointment. NailBuff is the brainchild of Harpreet Birdi whose career in investment banking HR took her to New York, where she became hooked on the nail salon experience. Unable to find the same service in London, Harpreet decided to qualify as a nail technician. Coupled with the influx of beauty apps over the past couple of years, Harpreet spotted an opportunity to combine her love of technology and nail care expertise.
