Men Spend Much More Than Women on Valentine’s Day

A new study commissioned by financial services company Bankrate, found that men and women have different expectations of how much money should be spent on Valentine’s Day.  Men will spend an average of $399. on their partners.  Women will spend $64.  Why the vast difference?  Experts suspect it may due to societal views of masculinity  and wage differences between men  and women.
