May 2, 1967 Toronto Maple Leafs WIN The Stanley Cup

Definitely worth remembering. The Leafs were second only to the Montreal Canadiens in Stanley Cup Championship wins.
May 2, 1967 at Maple Leaf Gardens, the Leafs beat the Canadiens, 4-2.Winger Jim Pappin scored the winning goal.  Leaf Captain was George Armstrong ;
Jean Beliveau was the Canadiens captain. The Legendary Coaches: Punch Imlach for Toronto and Toe Blake for Montreal. The MVP was Dave Keon.  It was the last Stanley Cup Final of the Original Six era.    Great memories and ….
