Canada Day Parade registration is now open

The Town of Aurora is now accepting float and marching group applications for the community Canada Day Parade.

The Canada Day Parade will be on Saturday, July 1 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. This annual parade is one of the most popular events in Aurora. Last year, more than 9,000 people attended the parade that had more than 20 floats on display. The theme for the parade this year is Canada, Past and Present. All entries should plan to decorate their float, band or marching group with this theme in mind.

Application fees per float or group are: $75 for Town of Aurora businesses, $150 for businesses outside of Aurora and no cost to Aurora non-profit organizations and schools. Please include your payment with the application. Cheques should be made payable to Town of Aurora.
