Caledon OPP Catch Motorcycle Going 138 km/hr In A Posted 50 km/hr Zone

On Monday, July 3, 2017 just after 6 pm, a Caledon OPP officer was conducting radar on Forks of the Credit Road when he observed a motorcycle travelling at a high rate of speed above the posted speed limit. The officer determined the speed of the motorcycle to be 138 km/hr. in a posted 50 km/hr. zone.

A 35 year-old male of Keswick has been charged with: Race a Motor Vehicle, Disobey Sign, and Driver Fail to Surrender Licence.

The driver is scheduled to appear in Caledon Court on August 21, 2017.
