One feng shui consultant, Amanda Gibby Peters of Simple Shui,claims that having a mirror on a bedroom wall could be affecting your ability to have a sound sleep. Shew says that according to feng shui-the ancient Chinese science of harmonizing good energy-mirrors can disrupt sleep, because they actually increase energy. Amanda recommends testing the theory by covering bedroom mirrors completely for a few weeks to see if it makes a difference. . She suggests if you do sleep soundly with mirrors covered, consider replacing them with a large, print, mural or picture of something you love.
